Brenda B. Wiley is a Rockland County native and full-time Greenwood Lake resident with a lifelong connection to the Hudson Valley. After more than 23 years of living and working in New York City, she relocated full-time to Greenwood Lake, where she fell in love with the lake, wildlife, and the balance and quality of life the community provides. Having graduated from SUNY New Paltz and grown up in Pearl River, the Hudson Valley has always felt like home.

Prior to embarking on her real estate career, Brenda was a sales leader for a specialized global recruitment firm, where she successfully managed a high-volume business and a top-performing team for over a decade. This background gave her a strong business foundation and honed her skills in contract negotiation, strategic planning, execution, and relationship management. Brenda brings this same level of professionalism, focus and integrity to every real estate transaction. She prides herself on open, honest communication and on truly listening to her clients so she can help them achieve their goals with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Brenda is a passionate animal advocate and has been actively involved in animal rescue for more than 32 years. She volunteers her time with TNR and animal rescue initiatives and supports organizations including For The Ferals, Warwick Valley Humane Society, and The Iron Horse Sanctuary. She also enjoys boating, hiking, yoga, traveling and connecting people within her community. Brenda proudly supports local organizations such as the Greenwood Lake Food Pantry, GWL Skatepark, and Greenwood Lake Bark Park often accompanied by her pups, Sandy Mae and Clyde. She is also a longtime member of the Common Ground Community Garden in Greenwood Lake.

Giving back is at the heart of everything Brenda does. In addition to serving as President of the Greenwood Lake Chamber of Commerce, she sits on the Town of Warwick Short Term Rental Advisory Board and works closely with Military on The Move, a program dedicated to assisting veterans, active-duty and retired military members with buying, selling, and relocation services.

Brenda is also a co-host of the REAL Real Estate Show on WTBQ, where she shares current housing market trends, insights and data every Monday.
